Intelligent 08 Divert

When a caller dials an 08 number, the call can be routed to a telephone line, which is dependent on certain criteria. For example, if an office line is engaged, instead of the caller hearing an engaged tone, we can seamlessly deliver the call to the Callangels service without the caller being aware this is happening.

With manual divert the caller hears the message "Your call is being diverted"; some companies feel that certain callers are more likely to hang up upon hearing this message.

We appreciate that there will be businesses who have a lot of goodwill with their existing 01 or 02 numbers, however to maximize our Callangels service to it's full potential we would strongly recommend where possible that you utilize one of our 08 marketing numbers.

08 numbers of course have many more beneficial features than just Intelligent Routing.
