Manual Divert

Please make sure your land line has the Star Divert Service setup. You will need to contact your supplier to activate it; BT charge £1.75/month, NTL & Telewest charge £1/month.

Please note that the disadvantage of manual divert with the above companies is that 15 seconds is the minimum ringtime duration before calls are diverted. 08 Numbers offer more flexibility.

To divert all calls

To activate: dial * 21 * (destination number) #
To check: dial * # 21 #
To cancel: dial # 21 #

To divert calls on busy or no reply

To activate: dial * 66 * (destination number) #
To check: dial * # 66 #
To cancel: dial # 66 #

To divert calls on busy

To activate: dial * 67 * (destination number) #
To check: dial * # 67 #
To cancel: dial # 67 #
